A few weeks ago, Aquaria Studio in Orlando,FL had a customer who was fed up with many of the issues hobbyists encounter with metal halide lighting. His tank was running hot, his electric bill was high, the light fixture was loud and he was tired of replacing lamps on a continual basis.
His solution, replace his existing lighting system with two 23.5″ Panorama LED fixtures. Apprehensive about LED lighting, he took the plunge and converted his 90 gallon tank lighting to LED’s – and couldn’t believe how cool they run temperature wise.
