If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from an Ecoxotic dealer for any reason, or if the product you purchased arrived damaged or defective, you must contact the dealer you made your purchase from to settle your issue. Our authorized dealers are dedicated and well equipped to quickly resolving any problems with your Ecoxotic purchases.

1) Items Damaged in Shipping or Defective on Arrival

Visit the support section of our website and go to the Return/Exchange/Repair form. Fill out your information and you’ll get an email right away with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, and details on how to ship your product back to us. Then we will send out a replacement unit to you as quickly as possible.

2) Items Returned for Refund within 30 days

Visit the support section of our website and go to the Return/Exchange/Repair form. Fill out your information and you’ll get an email right away with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, and shipment details. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed.

Defective products under warranty

Items defective within one year of the purchase date on receipt by US or Canadian residents. Receipt is required for all warranty claims.

Visit the support section of our website and go to the Return/Exchange/Repair form. Fill out your information and you’ll get an email with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, and details on how to ship your defective part, or entire product, back to us. Once your defective product is received and inspected, Ecoxotic will either repair, if possible, or replace your product and ship it back to you.
