Items purchased directly from Ecoxotic

1) Items Damaged in Shipping or Defective on Arrival

Please follow the Warranty Procedure shown below. Once the information is received and confirmed, we will send an email with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA), and details on how to ship your product back to us. Then we will send out a replacement unit to you as quickly as possible.

2) Items Returned for Refund within 30 days

Please follow the Warranty Procedure shown below. Once the information is received and confirmed, we will send an email with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA), and shipment details. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed.

3) Defective Items Under Warranty

Items defective within one year of the purchase date on receipt by US or Canadian residents. Receipt is required for all warranty claims.

Once the information is received and confirmed, an email with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA), and details on how to ship your defective part, or an entire product, back to us. Once your defective product is received and inspected, Ecoxotic will either repair, if possible, or replace your product and ship it back to you.

IF YOU RESIDE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES OR CANADA PLEASE CONTACT YOUR DEALER TO PROCESS YOUR WARRANTY RETURN.

1- Please ensure to include ALL of the following Product info:

-Photos of the product
-Serial number to the product
-Order number, Receipt/proof of purchase
-Description of defect/damage

Without this, your warranty claim may be delayed (as further info will be requested). Take a clear picture or two of the product BEFORE sending your claim

2- Contact/Shipping Info

In order to expedite the warranty process, please provide the following contact/shipping info:

-Full Name
-Preferred Shipping Address
-Order number, Receipt/proof of purchase

3- Email Warranty Claim
